There are many opportunities to serve on teams that fit your unique gifts and skills.
Growth Track plays a key role in finding your best fit on a serve team! We believe God has placed unique gifts and skills in you. Part of our Growth Track sessions focuses on discovering those gifts and how you can use them to build His Church! Our team uses our gift of administration to support Harvest teams by using computer skills, data entry, and attention to details for connect cards, growth track, etc.
Our team welcomes people to Harvest at the front doors and brings a personal touch to our worship experiences by hosting in the lobby, at coffee stations, the info bar, and in the auditorium. The welcome team is a part of the overall atmosphere team (A team).
Our team serves as the first impression for those coming to Harvest by welcoming people on and off the property and by providing a safe and efficient parking experience. The parking team is a part of the overall atmosphere team (A team).
Our team assists people to their seats, facilitates the offering, and helps maintain a distraction-free service environment. The host team is a part of the overall atmosphere team (A team).
Our team provides prayer covering for services, teams and ministries at Harvest. They also play a vital role in our altar ministries in Sunday services, Youth America Summer Camps and more. The prayer team is a part of the overall atmosphere team (A team).
Our team provides security for our pastors, buildings, and children’s areas. The safety team is a part of the overall atmosphere team (A team).
Our team, across varied settings and gatherings, is made up of vocalists and instrumentalists who use their gifts to lead our church in worship. The worship team is a part of our creative team.
Our team consists of – Audio, Lights, Media, Service producing & Stage attending – these teams work behind the scenes to perfect our programming and streamline our services. The production team is a part of our creative team.
Our team is made up of photographers, editors and photo curators who skillfully capture our weekend services, and special events. The photography team is a part of our creative team.
Our team forms a digital expression of the in-person experience of our church through Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook. The social media team is a part of our creative team.
Our team creates an environment to help facilitate people on their next steps in their journey with God.
Our team facilitates a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for our pastors and guests, by providing meals, refreshments and things to make their stay with us the best!
The Community Outreach team of Harvest is committed to multiple initiatives serving our local communities including Harvest Foster Kids events, Bright Future Elementary projects and Youth America School Clubs. Other outreaches are continually developed as well.
We love our Youth America College Students! Our team does a variety of things to support our students while here earning their degree and growing spiritually. We need people to help facilitate events, serve as host families, tutors and much more. If you love college students, you’ll love our team!
Our team invests in the lives of Harvest children from early childhood to elementary age through worship, Biblical teachings, videos, small groups, and games. This team also facilitates the check-in process to ensure children and families are cared for effectively and efficiently.
Our team helps students get connected to our Youth America Students Ministry through YA Nights, Small Groups, YA summer camps. They also facilitate our 6.7 services on Sundays for students in 6th & 7th grade.
Our facilities team helps in the setup and tear down procedures in all events, conferences, Youth America Summer Camps, weekend services and even rental events at our properties. This team also oversees all maintenance at our campuses.
