As Children’s Pastor, your role would be to oversee all Youth America Kids’ services and events through team leading, training, planning and hands-on ministry. You would work directly with intern assistants and high-level volunteers, to together manage team schedules, curriculum prep, computer systems and budgets. You will ensure Church of the Harvest continues to grow in excellence in ministering to children and families.
We have momentum in Children’s Ministry, but we need a passionate leader ready to take it to the next level.

As the Executive Assistant, your role would be to assist the Senior Pastor in managing and facilitating his schedule, SP’s office finances and diverse administrative needs. The Executive Assistant needs to be able to both follow instructions with excellence, and take initiative by thinking proactively. Some qualities necessary are: proficient administrative and managements skills, tactful and diplomatic communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask, meet deadlines and remain calm under pressure. You would also need to be trusted with any confidential information.
Specific responsibilities are, but certainly not limited to:
Be the first point of contact for emails, requests, meetings and correspondence with the Senior Pastor.
Create and manage his calendar including, but not limited to scheduling meetings, booking appointments, coordinating with the Senior Pastor’s wife and any last minute changes that occur.
Coordinate all Senior Pastor and Senior Pastor’s Wife’s travel including communication, accommodations and travel itineraries.
Manage Senior Pastor’s Office finances including budgets, purchase requests and handling of receipts.
Take notes during meetings when requested, as well as follow up with meeting details and people to ensure things are executed as requested and expected.
Provide assistance in Youth America College classes, small groups and staff meeting being taught by the Pastor, including video slide creations, grading, administering quizzes or tests, etc.
Prepare reports and any data requested by Senior Pastor.
Conduct and compile research when requested.

As the operations manager, your role is to plan, direct and coordinate all Youth America events, resources and services. You will establish processes and procedures and execute them with excellence.
